Health and wellbeing as a competitive advantage.
Good mental health has been defined as "a state of well-being in which the individual realises his or her own abilities, can cope with the normal stresses of life, can work productively and fruitfully, and is able to make a contribution to his or her community" (WHO 2005). Additionally it is widely accepted that psychological resilience is a key factor in determining how we as individuals can maintain good health under pressure.
Most of us are aware of some of the basic requirements for good health: restful sleep, a balanced diet, regular exercise & engagement in meaningful relationships and activities (work and/or leisure). But what about stress? How do we react to it, how can we recognise it and how shuld we minimise it's negative impact?
We help people to better understand and manage the impact of stress on their health. Education through workshops, group seminars and individual coaching offers an easy to follow approach based on solid science.

LPP's Coaching Services use evidence-based cognitive behaviour methods to help reinforce behaviour change, enhance well-being and improve performance.
CBC is a very effective form of coaching derived from the principles and practice of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). These principles are commonly used by psychologists to facilitate performance under pressure with elite sports people, and individuals in high pressure business environments.
Cognitive behavioural approaches emphasize that how we react to events is largely determined by our views of the events and not by the events themselves. By examining and re-evaluating some of our less helpful thinking patterns we can develop alternative viewpoints and behaviours. These often improve our problem-solving and our ability to deal with high pressure situations.
CBC is time-limited, goal-directed and focused on the here-and-now.
Our sessions are primarily aimed at helping individuals develop action plans for change.
LPP offers short term coaching (2-6 individual sessions). We can use existing information such as 360° feedback or formal appraisal information to help clients establish specific outcome goals.
The ultimate goal of CBC is for individuals to become their own coaches.

Our comprehensive range of psychometric tests and assessments help organisations make better decisions and manage risk more effectively.
We use psychometric assessments in a variety of contexts, from supporting employee selection, helping teams develop more effectively and measuring employee engagement and resilience.
By using the best, most valid and reliable assessments, we help organisations take better decisions based on a clear understanding of risks.
Our assessments are used at organisational, team and individual level:
We are able to run psychometric assessments either remotely or in-house and then facilitate your assessments, either in person or via computerised questionnaires, to identify and measure outcomes.
We will help you and your employees understand the implications of the assessment for them, their team and the business in general.
We will work with you to identify programmes of intervention, suited to time and financial commitments, to improve employee performance.
